This Privacy Policy explains how SiteFlow Network, a brand and DBA of CloudRank Media LLC (“SiteFlow Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit siteflownetwork.com (the “Site”) or submit a service request through our forms or advertisements. SiteFlow Network operates a home-services referral network that connects homeowners with local service professionals across categories including roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, water damage and restoration, remodeling, emergency repairs, and landscaping.

By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide. Your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, and details about the service you are requesting (for example, project type and property-owner status).
  • Communications. Records of your calls, text messages, and other communications with us or with service professionals in our network.
  • Automatically collected information. Device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Match your service request with one or more local service professionals and connect you with them;
  • Contact you by phone call, text message, or email about the service request you submitted;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

SiteFlow Network does not send marketing or promotional text messages to consumers. If you submit a request, the local service professional we match you with may contact you by text message and phone call — including through automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice messages — regarding the service you requested. SiteFlow Network sends SMS only to the service professionals in its network (its business customers) to notify them of new leads.

  • Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 13.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share the information you submit as follows:

  • With service professionals, to fulfill your request. When you submit a service request, we share the contact and project details you provide — including your name, phone number, and project information — with one or more local service professionals in our network so they can contact you about the project you requested. That professional may contact you by phone call, text message, and email, including through automated dialing technology and prerecorded or AI voice messages. We receive a referral fee in connection with this sharing. Under California and similar state privacy laws, this transfer may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (see Section 5).
  • With service providers (vendors). We may share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, analytics, and communications platforms — who are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of any person.
  • In a business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not otherwise disclose your information to unrelated parties for their own independent marketing.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information; Your Privacy Choices

Because we share the contact and project details you provide with local service professionals in exchange for a referral fee, we “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. The categories of personal information involved are your identifiers and contact details (name, phone, email, address/ZIP) and the project information you provide.

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To opt out, email info@siteflownetwork.com. We will honor verified opt-out requests. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to know what personal information we have collected, sold, or shared, to request a copy, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using Section 13; we will verify your request as required by law before responding.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including connecting you with a service professional, maintaining records of consent and communications, and complying with legal obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our analytics providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site features. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

8. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

  • Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Unsubscribe from emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
  • Opt out of sale/sharing: see Section 5.
  • Access, correct, or delete: you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using Section 13.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor the rights required by the laws that apply to you and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Age Requirement / Children’s Privacy

The Site, our services, and our messaging program are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or service professionals’ sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where a consumer’s state privacy law requires otherwise.
