These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of siteflownetwork.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by SiteFlow Network, a brand and DBA of CloudRank Media (“SiteFlow Network,” “CloudRank Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Our Service
SiteFlow Network operates a home-services referral network that connects homeowners with local service professionals across categories including, but not limited to, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, water damage and restoration, remodeling, emergency repairs, and landscaping. We are not a contractor and do not perform the services requested. Service professionals in our network are independent third parties; any agreement for services is solely between you and the professional. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or outcome of any professional’s work.
2. Eligibility — You Must Be 18 or Older
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit a request, or enroll in our text messaging program. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive recurring text messages and calls from SiteFlow Network and its service professionals, or parties acting on their behalf, including messages sent using automated technology and prerecorded messages.
Program description and message use cases. Messages relate to your service request and may include: confirmation that we received your request; connecting you with a matched service professional; appointment and scheduling coordination; requests for additional details; follow-ups; customer-care responses; and, where you have consented, marketing messages about related or future projects.

4. How to Opt Out or Get Help

5. Carriers Are Not Liable
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit requests on behalf of another person without authorization.

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any service professional will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteFlow Network and CloudRank Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from services performed (or not performed) by any service professional, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteFlow Network and CloudRank Media from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your dealings with any service professional.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information, including our SMS opt-in practices.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
