These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of siteflownetwork.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by SiteFlow Network, a brand and DBA of CloudRank Media LLC (“SiteFlow Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Our Service
SiteFlow Network operates a home-services referral network that connects homeowners with local service professionals across categories including, but not limited to, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, water damage and restoration, remodeling, emergency repairs, and landscaping. We are not a contractor and do not perform the services requested. Service professionals in our network are independent third parties; any agreement for services is solely between you and the professional. We are compensated by service professionals for referrals. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or outcome of any professional’s work.
2. Eligibility — You Must Be 18 or Older
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a request. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
SiteFlow Network does not send marketing or promotional text messages to consumers. If you submit a request, the local service professional we match you with may contact you by text message and phone call — including through automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice messages — regarding the service you requested. Messages you receive relate to your request and may include appointment or scheduling coordination, requests for additional details, and follow-ups from the matched professional. SiteFlow Network sends text messages only to the service professionals in its network (its business customers) to notify them of new leads.

4. How to Opt Out or Get Help

5. Carriers Are Not Liable
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any service professional will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteFlow Network and CloudRank Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from services performed (or not performed) by any service professional, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteFlow Network and CloudRank Media LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your dealings with any service professional.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information, including how your information is shared with service professionals.
12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, our services, or any calls or text messages you receive will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and SiteFlow Network waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this arbitration provision will be void. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@siteflownetwork.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
